5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or event date, unless otherwise specified for bespoke or event-specific arrangements. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Products that are perishable cannot be returned once delivered unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. Any issues with product quality or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Bespoke and Event Floral Services
For bespoke bouquets and event floral arrangements, a consultation and deposit may be required.
